Christmas Day

Christmas morning we woke up to new snow on the ground and it came down heavy all morning. What a treat! (Although, the weather did change our original plans).

After opening presents together, just the 4 of us, and seeing what Santa brought (a new ball pit), we made chocolate chip pancakes for breakfast. Around noon, instead of going to Brian's aunt & uncle's house in Oregon City area, we headed over to Nana & Grandpa's house for a celebration with about half the family.

It was a great day, and oh so beautiful to have a white Christmas. Now I'm ready for it to melt and everything to be back to normal!

The chocolate's kickin' in!

What a special time with the kiddos. I know Christmas was extra special for us this year. To see the excitement through the eyes of your child is amazing! So great seeing you over the break. Looking forward to seeing you in a couple of weeks.
